New Student Login Instructions:
1. Navigate to http://my.gcsu.edu and select Duo Portal at the top of the page.
2. Use your Bobcats email address firstname.lastname@bobcats.gcsu.edu the default
password formula should be as follows:
o Capital First letter of Last Name + GCID + DOB + @GCSU
o Example:
Thunder Bobcat (Sample User)
GCID = 911234567
Date Of Birth = 01012005
Default Password would be: B91123456701012005@GCSU
3. Select Duo Mobile
4. Follow the steps on the webpage to install and enroll in Duo.
5. If additional changes are needed for Duo, please use the “Duo Portal” option
located on the top right on the http://my.gcsu.edu page.
6. Next, navigate back to http://my.gcsu.edu select the Campus Email tile
o Log in with Bobcats email address and the default password
Capital First letter of Last Name + GCID + DOB + @GCSU
7. Please authorize the Duo push on the registered device.
8. You should see ‘More information required”, click next.
9. Enter mobile number and select “Text me a code”.
10. A “success” message will appear, click done.
11. Once in, click your profile photo on the top right corner and click “view account”
o Go to Password and update the password to the password of your
choice, the old password will be the default password: Capital First
letter of Last Name + GCID + DOB + @GCSU
12. The new password will be used for all portals and email.
