What is it?
Microsoft 365 Copilot is an AI-powered productivity assistant that integrates with Microsoft 365 applications and services to help faculty, staff, and students work more efficiently. Copilot can assist with drafting and summarizing documents, analyzing data, generating presentations, composing emails, capturing meeting insights, and answering questions using information users already have access to across Microsoft 365. Designed to enhance productivity while respecting institutional security, privacy, and compliance requirements, Microsoft 365 Copilot helps the campus community reduce administrative workload, improve collaboration, and focus more time on teaching, learning, research, and strategic initiatives.

This product is available to individual faculty and staff for a fee.
How much does it cost?
Microsoft 365 Copilot is currently available via a significantly discounted price of $104/year. The licensing period for this product aligns with the institution's fiscal year (July 1 though June 30). The price for licenses purchased during the year will be prorated.
How can I get it?
To order a Microsoft 365 Copilot license, please consult with you budget manager to confirm the account to which your license should be charged. With that information, you can complete the order form at the "Request a License" link on this page.
How do I use it?
Once your Microsoft 365 Copilot account has been created, navigate to https://copilot.microsoft.com and log into your account by selecting "Sign in with Microsoft" and then using your MyGCSU Single Sign-on (SSO) account - the same account used to access your GCSU email. Once you have accessed the Microsoft Copilot site, you will have the option to download the desktop or mobile app if you choose.
