GCSU Policies & Guidelines on the Use of AI

Georgia College & State University supports the responsible, ethical, and secure use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in teaching, learning, research, public service, administration, and student services. Faculty, staff, and students are responsible for complying with all applicable policies when using AI tools and services. For questions regarding AI policy interpretation, approved AI solutions, or compliance requirements, please contact the Institutional AI Policy Lead or the Department of Information Technology.

USG Policies & Guidelines on the Use of AI

The University System of Georgia (USG) provides overarching policy standards and operational guidelines to the public institutions of higher education in Georgia. Georgia College & State University falls under this authority and GCSU's AI policies, procedures, and practices must align with those of the USG.

GTA Policies & Guidelines on the Use of AI

The Georgia Technology Authority Office of Artificial Intelligence is championing responsible use of AI in state government. By fostering a culture of responsible AI governance, GTA aims to establish Georgia as a model for ethical AI practices.
